EnQuiz provides free, interactive English quizzes and exercises across grammar, vocabulary, listening, and comprehension. We offer both a guest mode (no account required) and a registered account mode that unlocks progress tracking, quiz history, and personalised features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. EnQuiz is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EnQuiz for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce our content or platform in bulk without prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or the experience of other users.
• Impersonate another person or create accounts with false information.

5. Intellectual Property

All quiz content, exercise text, explanations, and platform code on EnQuiz are the intellectual property of EnQuiz or its licensors. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial learning only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is prohibited.

6. Advertising

EnQuiz displays ads via Google AdSense on free, non-authenticated pages to support the platform. By using EnQuiz you acknowledge that third-party ad networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads.

7. Disclaimers

EnQuiz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific learning outcome will result from using it. Quiz content is provided for educational purposes and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnQuiz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made. Your continued use of EnQuiz after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Premium & Payments

EnQuiz offers an optional Premium plan for $10 per year. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. All purchases are one-time payments — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

• Premium access is granted for 12 months from the date of payment.
• After 12 months your account automatically reverts to the free plan. No charge is made unless you choose to renew.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Premium purchase has been completed.
• Please review all features on the Premium page before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
• We do not store payment card details. All financial data is handled exclusively by PayPal.
